Xypex Concentrate is a cementitious crystalline waterproofing coating designed to protect concrete structures from water ingress—even under extreme hydrostatic pressure. Formulated with Portland cement, finely graded sand, and proprietary chemicals, it penetrates deep into the concrete matrix, reacting with moisture and cement particles to form non-soluble crystals that permanently seal pores, capillaries, and hairline cracks.
