Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you to schedule a 15 - 30 minute phone call to define your project needs*.

*Please note specific colour or design advice will be reserved for the personal on-site appointment.

After your discovery call with one of our designers, a full project breakdown and proposal will be submitted for your review.

Commit to the project proposal, make your investment & schedule your on-site appointment.

During the on-site visit, your consultant will do a full in-person assessment of discussed area(s).

The colour selection will occupy the majority of the time on-site;

• Starting with taking into consideration the lighting, fixed materials (stone/tile/flooring/furnishings/etc.)
• Then considering any additional relevant design aspects along with your personal style, the consultant will recommend the most suitable colour(s).
