Kryton Krystol Plug™

Krystol Plug™ is a fast-setting, high-strength crystalline repair compound designed to instantly stop active water leaks in concrete. As part of Kryton’s Krystol Leak Repair System, it sets hard within 1–2 minutes—even under high hydrostatic pressure—and creates a durable, non-shrinking seal that prepares the surface for permanent waterproofing with Krystol Repair Grout.

Formulated with Kryton’s proprietary Krystol® technology, Krystol Plug chemically reacts with water and unhydrated cement particles to form insoluble crystals that block water pathways and seal micro-cracks. It can be applied underwater, sets quickly, and is safe for potable water applications (NSF/ANSI Standard 61 certified).

Krystol Plug is ideal for sealing leaking cracks, joints, tie holes, and pipe penetrations in concrete and masonry. It works where other products fail, offering exceptional compressive strength (40 MPa / 5800 psi at 7 days), and is easy to mix and apply. Its dark gray powder form mixes to a stiff putty consistency and hardens rapidly, making it perfect for emergency leak repairs and long-term waterproofing.
